She leads the vision for BitPadLabs and specializes in full-stack development, product ownership, and user-centered design. Hannah drives company strategy to deliver exceptional solutions while supporting small business operations and ensuring technical excellence across all deliverables. She is a founding member and co-owner of BitPadLabs, LLC.

Jaime Inman

Chief Operations & Finance Officer (COFO)

Financial operations leader with extensive property management and finance expertise. Jaime brings proven experience managing multi-unit income-based housing operations, dealership finance and insurance departments, and multi-store retail leadership. She oversees budgeting, fiscal strategy, and compliance for BitPadLabs, ensuring sound financial management supporting company growth. She is a founding member and co-owner of BitPadLabs, LLC.

Melanie Amerson

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

FAC-COR Level III certified acquisition strategist and ACT-IAC Fellow with 15 years managing federal contracts exceeding $100M. Melanie brings OPM and DoD expertise in strategic acquisition planning, contract management, and vendor oversight. MBA-educated leader driving federal business development, market expansion, and scaling operations for government growth. She is a founding member and co-owner of BitPadLabs, LLC.

Ryan Burke

Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Marine Corps Veteran, PMP/RMP certified, and ACT-IAC Voyagers alumnus with 15 years driving federal business development across Treasury, IRS, Commerce, DoD, FEMA, and FAA. Ryan manages multi-billion dollar pipelines ($1.3B at Evans, $1B at Excella Treasury/IRS, $700M at RIVA Commerce/DoD) with documented 80% revenue growth, growing Evans Consulting from $15M to $27M annually.
